1. Overview

This website is operated by GlowPulse, a store owned by Femali Boutique LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("GlowPulse," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Intended Use

GlowPulse sells at-home IPL (intense pulsed light) hair removal devices for personal cosmetic use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Results vary. Hair reduction depends on skin tone, hair color, hair thickness, consistency of use, and other individual factors. Visible results typically require several weeks of regular use as described in the user manual.
  • Suitability. IPL devices are not effective on light blonde, red, gray, or white hair and are not suitable for very dark skin tones. Always check the skin tone and hair color chart in the user manual before use.
  • Safety. Read and follow all instructions and warnings in the user manual. Perform a patch test before first use. Do not use the device on tattoos, moles, broken or irritated skin, or near the eyes. Always wear the protective glasses provided.
  • Consult a professional. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a skin condition, are taking photosensitizing medication, or have any medical concerns, consult a physician before use.

You are responsible for using the device in accordance with its instructions. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the user manual.

4. Pricing, Availability and Errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We try to display product information, images and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders (including after an order is placed), and limit quantities. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we will issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping, returns, refunds and our 1-year limited warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
